Jo did our inspection report when we first moved in. She was friendly, respectful and extremely helpful. She found so many items that weren’t on the condition report, like two disgusting toilet brushes (I do not want to think about what they were covered in) that the condition report listed as toilet roll holders. She also showed me what parts to look at and how for possible damage like pulling out the curtains so you could see in the folds – there were many small tears that were not noticeable when sitting normally and were not noted in the real estate condition report. I feel very secure in our side of the condition report now and that we will be protected if we ever decide to move. I will be recommending Inspect - PCR to friends and family.
