Partial Inspection
EXCLUSIVE TO INSPECT-PCR
1 HR + 30 MIN INCREMENTS
We start our part of your Entry Condition Report by conducting a full house & yard image scan. This is your detailed evidence base. After this, we'll continue your report, noting and recording any missed issues till the booked time has ended.

Short Inspection
​Suited to 1-2 bedroom unit/flat/apartment, 1 bathroom, carport & small yard.
Keys collected from lockbox or Agent. A full house & yard image scan is conducted, any missed issues recorded and noted, and we check that all power points are working safely.

Standard Inspection
3-4 bedroom house, 1-2 bathrooms, large carport or small garage & medium size yard.
Keys collected from lockbox or Agent. A full house & yard image scan is conducted, any missed issues recorded and noted, and we check that all power points are working safely.

5+ bedroom house, more than 2 bathrooms, large/double garage & large yard/estate.

Express Inspection - RUSH FEE
The Express Inspection is a service fee added to an already booked inspection service (excl. Initial Consult).
Emergency, Urgent Move-Ins or Last-Minute.
Includes same-day delivery of your Entry Condition Report if the Express Inspection is completed before midday.
